We act as an independent 3rd Party management team for our Clients and their Projects. We bring a unique versatility by being a neutral arbiter to manage, review and account for project details and progress, while ensuring cost management oversight of the Project. Our experience allows us to hold the Project participants accountable to ensure transparency and efficiency, for the benefit of the owner (versus the contractor), with the goal of protecting the integrity of the project and delivering it on time and on budget.
For over 30 years, our team of Engineers and Management Consultants have been specialising in planning, managing, and running energy projects in both traditional fuels (Oil and Gas) as well as the next generation of renewable fuels (Hydrogen/Ammonia, etc.). We have been involved in all aspects of projects including market and feasibility studies, engineering, social and government compliance assessments, manufacturing considerations, project management, engineering, construction, commissioning, marine and land logistics, contract negotiations including Development Agreements, Fuel Supply and Power Purchase agreements plus sub-contractor selection.
Kingshurst can provide Clients a team with the depth of knowledge and experience needed for the management of any Industrial, Power or Energy Project. The team also has significant experience in the transportation and logistics of commodities (fuels) including direct manufacturing knowledge for the transportation of Oil, LNG, CNG, Hydrogen and Ammonia. Kingshurst has engaged in projects that encompass both marine and land transportation, storage facilities and bunkering at port, LNG shipping, terminals and FSRU’s with related port infrastructure, and understand the requirements for fleets, their tracking and potential to run as carbon free as possible.
The Kingshurst team has experience in providing assessment, risk mitigation and training related to Prevention, Preparedness, and Response with respect to Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE), particularly with large Oil and Gas and Energy projects where there needs to be a focus on critical risks to organizations - people, property, and the environment, ensuring that should incidents arise, that they are professionally, and properly handled, and that operations are minimally affected.
Kingshurst’s modelling professionals have significant cost and pricing experience covering the complete spectrum of international energy projects. They bring their considerable expertise in finance and engineering from their years at firms such as Deloitte, corporate banking, and the oil and gas industry.
With over 150 years of combined international experience, our team has carried out many evaluations, studies and projects, to varying levels – from concept, through pre-feed to feed, through development to manufacturing, construction and beyond, for multiple projects internationally in the Middle East, Africa, Caribbean, Asia and North America.
